This case in not Rolex it is an other reminicence of the Rolex submariner.

Model made in stainless steel with screw crown Tab 90 & 2 tons(black & red) rotating bezel.
Size: 38 mm -without crown, 41 mm with crown x 44 millimeters
Thickness: 13 mm
Comes with a ring case to hold a movement with a diameter close 2.55 mm
External dianeter of the ring or case diameter 2.90 mm

Case stamped Carlex on the bottom.
