Item description:

This is a Japanese bronze vase measuring 5 3/4" high and 3" diameter at the widest. There is a decorative geometric band around the neck, and two reserves on the body depicting the ocean with breaking waves. The bronze has a nice patina, with normal aging of the finish from use, and old, small bumps and dings. It has the typical thin, unsigned, bottom found on pieces ca. 1900.
