I think "Coins > Banknotes > Misc. Asia" would be the appropriate category for you to list your items ;)

Macao is a special administrative region under the Peoples Republic of China, so "Coins > Banknotes > China" might be a good choice, too.

The truth about Macau (note the spelling in English) is that there SHOULD be a category for Macau banknotes, as there is for Hong Kong banknotes. There is for Macau stamps and Macau coins, so why ever not ?
