I have designed a research in order to examine the parameters that affect the hotel image and the role that branding plays in this part. I did it too, but there wasn't a lot to smile about. It was rather tedious, and you seemed to be repeating the same questions time and time again in different words.

Anyway, I did it as well as I could.

Hi Brian - Kevin,

Thank you very much for your participation in my research. The questions are there in order to examine specifiic parameters that influence hotel image, no matter if some of them seem alike to you. I had to include all of these questions and the questionnaire is a bit long, that's why you may find it tedious. Anyway, I thank you again for your precious help and I welcome you on the Delcampe site!!!
