I'm new here! Just searching for some reliable info on old stamp values. Found an envelope full and don't know how to determine value, if any. Ideas?

Example : NATO 3cent stamp

hi CN,
my suggestion as you live in the u.s. is to visit your local library and see if they have a recent copies of scott catalogs. then you can look up the values of your stamps. you may be able to check them out too. we can at our local library as long as they are not the current year catalog e.g. 2008. hope this helps.
