Dear moneybookers!

I have a little money left in my money bookers account.

However I am shocked as I have just checked the account my card is linked to. My bank statement shows just under £3 has been taken from my account and paid to moneybookers for what I do not know.

The money was taken on 12/11/07. There should not be any fees as far as I know as I have not withdrawn any money and have not bought anything.

Yet, there is no history of a payment in money bookers account and I have made no permission to make a payment from my credit/debit card for anything.

Please get back to me urgently on this as I fear larger amounts may be fraudulently taken....

I think the amount withdrawn from my debit card account may be the veriification amount, not an error I think. Sorry for the trouble but:

It is quite a lot just under £3. Will this be refunded once the account is verified.

That amount is quite a lot compared to what I have sold already!!!

Thanks PCS
