After the listing that I had submitted lower price offer has ended and the same listing has relisted, I see my lower price offer has the Offer Status: In abeyance. What does it mean?

It means that the seller has not answered yet.

When I first started selling, I did not notice that I had some 'lower bids' so they went unanswered for a while. It may be that your seller hassn't noticed your offer. It's quite easy for the seller to decline or offer you a price which meets you half-way, so it shouldn't be too hard to reply. Perhaps a gentle note sent their way?
