i normally am a very paitent person and give my customers several options for payment. but there are those who bid and never contact about payment or those who contact and don't pay for the lots they have won. i try to give at least 10-15 days to pay or contact me about payment. if you are going to bid, read the description and payment options. they are very clear as to what i accept. i am an honest seller and i pay for the stamps i buy from delcampe and my ratings show that. and i send the stamps that are bought from me. but it really makes me angry that those who abuse delcampe's site to just be a deadbeat bidder. we don't need your kind here. if you can't pay, then contact the seller and let him know. i'm sure we sellers can work out a deal, if not, then a negative rating is warranted. and the buyer should not allowed to bid again. thank you for your reading this, cajunsr.
